Monuments are upright and lay on a base. Monuments come many different sizes and colours. They can be a Polished 5. (all sides polished) or a Polished 2 (front and back) or even a Polished 3 (front back and top)

When it comes time to make an informed, heartfelt decision about purchasing your monument it is wise to know your monument dealer.
At Elgin Monuments, we are trustworthy, reliable and committed to each individual on a personal level. Elgin Monuments has been in business since 1986. In 2009 We expanded to be known as Elgin Monuments & Custom Stone Masonry. David Fleming took his masonry business and incorporated it into the monument business. His education from Algonquin College in Perth, Ontario, and his experience has been an asset to the Monument business. We continue to serve families, with caring compassion and good quality craftsmanship in every work we do. We have served customers all over South Western Ontario from Windsor to Tweed. We also clean and restore older monuments.
The Masonry part on the business allow us to do chimneys, restoration on houses garden work such as bridges and path ways or retaining walls to add to the beauty of nature.
The Monument business is a bigger part of the business. We do our best to provide you with a marker or a monument of your choice which will last many generations. When family and friends go to the cemetery they will feel connected to that loved one by viewing the monument of your choosing.
Choosing a family memorial or life stone is an intimate experience and making those selections can take time. We, at Elgin Monuments & Custom Stone Masonry, are there to assist you with guidance and understanding.
